Product requests
We store the product link and email address you submit so we can review your request and notify you when we offer a similar product on Amazon. We also record the submission date, request source, and notification status. Your request and email address are not displayed publicly.
Contact messages
If you contact us, we store your email and message to respond and address your question. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, payment, or student information.
Emails and your choices
We send an email confirmation before activating your product request. Confirming signs you up for the relevant availability notification, not a general marketing newsletter. We do not sell your email address. You can cancel a product request using its private cancellation link. Contact us to request access to or deletion of the information you submitted.
Purchases on Amazon
Purchases take place on Amazon, which has its own privacy practices and terms.
Retention and contact
We retain requests while working on them and keep notification records to prevent duplicate messages. Deleted information may remain in restricted, encrypted recovery copies until those copies are replaced or expire. You may ask us to remove your information at any time through Contact & Help.
